I'll respect your beliefs, knowledge and identity. I'm also very comfortable working across cultural and social differences with humilty. My therapeutic approach comes from a raft of different therapies/frameworks, but primarily stems from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy. I'll also incorporate elements of coaching, cognitive/behavioral therapies, mind body awareness, psychodynamic theories, restorative practice, performance psychology, and humanistic traditions to support our purpose and interventions.

I work from a relational model of care. I want therapy to be the safest place you've been. This is the starting point for us to explore problems, preferred outcomes/responses, and also to see what healing looks like for you. We'll orient around current goals, find what needs attention, and work to restore harmony within as we open pathways for healing and growth.

I currently work with adults and teens who may feel stuck or overwhelmed. I often work with people who experience depression, anxiety, loss, difficult relationships, and all types of trauma. I also work with people negotiating life changes, and those who want space to evolve, make meaning, and help to chart their next steps.
I offer in-person and Telehealth sessions. Please contact our office to see if I’m seeing new clients.

“Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.”
