Scheduling Options
If you are a new client, or if we have not seen you in 90+ days, complete our new client form to get started. You’ll then be contacted by phone or email to discuss a possible therapist match and to schedule your intake session.
New Client Inquiries
If you are a returning client (seen within 90 days), have submitted a new client questionnaire, and have been authorized to proceed with self-scheduling, access our confirmed client portal (please remember your password).
Pre-authorized Clients
If you are looking to schedule a Substance Use Assessment, please complete our substance use inquiry form. Once we’ve received your inquiry, we will reach out to discuss the potential next steps, including scheduling.
Substance Use Assessments
Important
We cannot honor appointments made online that are not authorized/pre-screened. We require 48 hours advance notice for any cancellations. For our Monday appointments, we require notice on Thursday during our business hours to cancel. After hours (4:00 p.m.) Friday or over the weekend will be considered a late cancellation unless your appointment is Wednesday the following week. All late cancellations will be charged a fee of $120.
