Who we Serve
Individuals, Couples + Families
While we primarily see individuals (kids, teens, and adults), we also serve couples and families. No matter who we see — we look at you as a whole person, not a broken one. We are all doing the best we can amidst our challenging circumstances. Sometimes we just need extra support and a safe space to process our experiences.
“From the beautiful, comfortable atmosphere, to the great therapists… we were not entirely open to, or comfortable with therapy when we started, but I am forever happy that we went to Peace of Mind.”

At Peace of Mind Therapy, we take a person-centered approach to mental health so people can gain a deeper sense of self as they face life’s twists and turns. No two experiences are alike, but we’re excited to partner with you as you process the challenges you’ve experienced.
