My Therapy Beliefs
I consider every individual unique and embrace an eclectic approach in therapy that is guided by a person’s individual needs and goals. I utilize a variety of techniques drawn from treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral, EMDR, play, attachment, solution focused, psychodrama, and mindfulness-based interventions.
My clinical practice and experience involves individual and group psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. Specialized areas of interest include complex trauma and single trauma event, anxiety, depression, ADHD, disruptive behaviors, parenting skill development, and crisis management.

A Person-Centered Approach
Often times people want change but aren’t sure how to do it by themselves. At Peace of Mind Therapy, we take a person-centered approach to mental health so people can gain a deeper sense of self as they face life’s twists and turns. No two experiences are alike, but we’re excited to partner with you as your process the challenges you’ve experienced.
