As an AASECT certified therapist in sexual health, I help clients (individuals and couples) explore their concerns, desires and areas they have been challenged with related to their sexual health. My love of narrative therapy works well with discovering the “meaning making” that may be blocking several areas of couple cohesion. Meanings regarding sexuality, roles and expectations often become the place where a couple can be stuck and feel resentful. When working with me, couples can expect an introduction to helpful tools that offer insight, healing and growth as well as pacify anxiety around difficult issues.. I often incorporate my training in Prepare-Enrich, a structured assessment for couples to explore attachment styles, the self and neuroscience.
In addition to intimacy and sexual health, I specialize in working with clients navigating phase of life and transitional periods, anxiety, adjustment disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. I am a member of AASECT, AAMFT, WAMFT and a board member of NAMI.

As a therapist, I recognize that connections and relationships are uniquely defined by the people engaged in them. I cater therapy to all relational preferences and provide a solid framework of compassion and acceptance in a safe space. I believe that clients are the experts of their lives and make it a point to honor their values working collaboratively alongside them.

I enjoy working with couples, young professionals, adolescents and individuals who are working through transitional periods and experiencing challenges.
I offer Telehealth sessions only at this time. Please contact our office to see if I’m seeing new clients.
“There’s no use in trying, one can’t believe impossible things… you haven’t had much practice… sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”
