My Specialties
I gently approach the issues my clients bring to therapy using Mindfulness-Based interventions, Art Therapy experiential work and Somatic and Attachment Focused (S.A.F.E.) EMDR. Art Therapy has many applications for different therapists, but for me it’s about the energy and emotion that get brought to the surface as the artwork is created. It’s about slowing down and thoughtfully exploring the creative process while bringing nonjudgmental awareness to the content that comes forward.
My Therapy Beliefs
My intention as a therapist is to hold a safe and supportive space for clients to fully explore sensitive issues and find solutions to struggles. I hope to support the individuals I work with by offering a therapeutic space that serves to both hold their inevitable discomfort as well as help cultivate a deeper understanding of their thoughts and feelings. With a healthy-striving, mindfulness approach we will work together to identify the issues present in each client’s life and set thoughtful intentions for our time together.
My Clients
I currently work with individuals experiencing anxiety, adult ADHD, phase of life transitions and other adjustment struggles, maternal mental health concerns and parenting adjustment/stress. I am currently working with teens and adults.
Please contact our office to see if I’m seeing new clients.
My Space

Stepping onto a brand-new path is difficult, but not more difficult than the remaining in a situation.

A Person-Centered Approach
Often times people want change but aren’t sure how to do it by themselves. At Peace of Mind Therapy, we take a person-centered approach to mental health so people can gain a deeper sense of self as they face life’s twists and turns. No two experiences are alike, but we’re excited to partner with you as your process the challenges you’ve experienced.
