Kayla Jadin, MSE, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and issues related to transitional periods. I meet the needs and goals of my clients by utilizing a blend of Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a person-centered approach. I work best with individuals who are interested in learning more about their mental health and discovering and practicing solutions that provide lasting relief for their symptoms.
My Therapy Beliefs
I view therapy as a resource to use when our minds feel overwhelmed and need recentering. Themes I utilize are empowerment, humor, and connection. My goal as a therapist is to help individuals feel comfortable expressing their authentic self and create the lives they want to live.
I primarily work with older teens and young adults. I have a passion for working with those who are navigating their next steps after high school, connecting with and developing their identity or establishing autonomy. I also enjoy helping individuals navigate to the root of their current issues as well as expand their personal development. Additionally, I work with intergenerational trauma and those who want to end unhealthy patterns passed down within their family.
Please contact our office to see if I’m seeing new clients.

At Peace of Mind Therapy, we take a person-centered approach to mental health so people can gain a deeper sense of self as they face life’s twists and turns. No two experiences are alike, but we’re excited to partner with you as your process the challenges you’ve experienced.
