If you are a new client or if we have not seen you in over three months, please fill out our new client form to get started. You will be contacted by phone or email to confirm that you are ready to schedule your session.

If you are a returning client (last seen within 3 months), have filled out a new client questionnaire, and have been authorized to proceed, please schedule your session in our confirmed client portal.

We cannot honor appointments made online that are not authorized/pre-screened.
We require 48 hours advance notice for any cancellations. For our Monday appointments, we require notice on Thursday during our business hours to cancel.
After hours (4:00 p.m.) Friday or over the weekend will be considered a late cancellation unless your appointment is Wednesday the following week.
All late cancellations will be charged a fee of $120.
